Fantastic customer service and a great selection of food and drinks. The staff are beyond helpfull and the place was clean and well stocked. Great location for lunch or a tea/ coffee/ soft drink if you are in chester city cenre. Will 100% be going back
Always busy. Tables full of dirty dishes. Cakes very tasty. Coffee good. Service slow and was asked same questions over again as if not listening. Not enough staff.
Busy Cafe in central Chester so service was a bit slow. Good size cafe with seating inside and outside. Servers were pleasant and attentive.
I felt welcome ,as I was dressed in my work gear,and it was pointed out , as I scanned my QR code ,would I like to use my free bean , I said yes , and he also offered me the choice of a large cup , as I had asked for a medium cup , so yes it was a pleasant experience .
It's a Costa so you get exactly what you expect.

Popped in here for a cappuccino whilst in town. The coffee was nicely done with good WiFi, but it was extremely hot in there due to the hot weather and its not geared up for it
Nice little place. Coffee and toast was good. Shop was a little dirty... tables Nd floor. Shame.
