Subway

Staff work efficiently and quickly served through everyone. However, when it came to drink dispenser... me and one other customer asked twice that 7up needs to change and it never happened. So I couldn’t drink anything else as I only drink 7up so I paid £1 for a drink that I could never even have. I left subway thirsty, having to buy another drink elsewhere.

Love Subway - the food is always fresh. Im not really one for fast food generally, but this is quality food served fast. Waiting time here is minimal so efficiency is good. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful - "a good handful of chillis, please" does actually result in a proper handful ! ☺ There are a couple of staff that could do with a bit of "training" (standing vertical seems like an arduous task to them). Also the staff could do with being a little more attentive with housekeeping. Whilst not exactly dirty, tables are frequently left with crumbs on after being vacated - often resulting in someone taking a seat and simply brushing the crumbs off the table to the floor with a napkin.
