Uh oh...my first CFA with less than a five star rating across the board.
Two issues that I will fully acknowledge they fixed promptly without issue.
This was a larger drive thru order. They missed a sandwich on the order and the three Sprite's on the order were nothing more than carbonated water. They clearly ran out of syrup and were not aware.
It doesn't mean I won't be back or have anything else negative to say. I'll return to this location again as I am in the area several times a year.

Every time I’ve been here everything is correct, everyone is very friendly, and the line moved very quickly. I’ve also gotten a couple chic dashes and they were fast and correct.

Actually the best chik fil a I've ever been to. Maybe the best fast food place I've ever been to. I ordered a salad and it was delectable, especially the dressing. The guy who handed out mints was SO nice and a pleasant surprise. And the bathroom has a MOUTHWASH dispenser. That's crazy!

Parking can be a bit tight at lunchtime. I blame the engineer... the parking lot should not be blocked by the drive-thru line. Poor design. But the food and service make up for that 😁

EDIT: We arrived at 5:10pm, and were disappointed to find the restaurant closed. Thank you for your response to my initial review. We have enjoyed dining at your restaurant in the past, and will again in the future, I'm sure.
Original review: Why are you closed today? It's labor day, not Christmas. You're a fast food joint. People eat at restaurants on holidays. Insane traffic driving right past your door. You missed out on lots of revenue today.

I requested hot cooked food. I received food, not as I requested. Also, the ice cream cone was too soft and melting as I was eating.. services were good.

The location itself is a little chaotic depending on the time of day, but they always move along quickly for drive-thru or dine-in. The crew is always super friendly and there is one girl that always makes sure she asks each guest if they need anything.
