The best in the area!! I come here every other month when I visit my parents. The food is always fresh, the shrimp fried rices is soooo amazing and lots of shrimp. The veggies are crispy and not over cooked. I’ve never experienced rudeness in my 4 years of coming here. There is a language barrier with some of the people because their English is not the best. However, they have always been kind and patient. They are take out only right now but will let you wait inside now. I’ve tried everything on the menu and it’s great.

For starters,the website prices need to be updated. We ordered General TSO's - web price $10.50, actual price $12.95. Triple Delight- $11.25, actual price $13.95. Spring roll/Egg roll $1.50 ea, actual price $1.95 ea. Crab Rangoon $4.50, actual price, $5.95. The entrees only come with white rice, no choice of white or fried rice and no egg rolls. The Crab Rangoon didn't come with any sauce. They have decent portions and they flavor was good, but the shrimp in the Triple Delight was mushy.

This has never ever happened to me but today (July 1,2022) we got a pint of shrimp fried rice. While eating it I discovered something that didn’t look quite right. It was a roach. There was a roach in my rice. I’ve never thrown up so much in my life. This is DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. My Husband went back up there. I couldn’t even stomach to take a picture. I am so disgusted.

I'm not sure if I'm not understanding the menu or what but a couple times now I've ordered pork chow mein and have received some kind of soup. I tried looking into it to see if maybe I just don't know if there are different kinds of chow mein but I only see the same stir-fried noodle type dish, not soup with crispy noodles to put on top. It was in the noodles&rice section, not soup so again I'm not sure what I'm missing but it's happened multiple times now. Ngl I was pretty darn depressed to see soup again, anyway, the Sesame chicken, general tso's and house fried rice were really good.

The front staff is very rude. If you question your order and he doesn’t want you to question him. I was told I am going to call the police. He got my order wrong and I brought it to his attention, so you are going to call the police. I will never do business at this restaurant. Be ware of Chen Restaurant.
