Starbucks

I went into this Starbucks while running errands. I tried to order a London fog (which is basically earl grey, foamed milk, and a splash of vanilla syrup). The girl behind the counter informed me that they were out of that. I looked at the tea rack which was full of earl grey.When I saw the tea rack full of it, I informed her that she had the tea bags right there. She then told me that she didn't know how to make the drink. She didn't even offer to find out how or even ask if I knew the recipe. Worst customer service ever. 😒

There was a bit of a wait time and there were three people in line, but of course these are rare circumstances. I recommend before you go to Starbucks to take a look at some custom orders you can find online because the menu is very basic and for those who don't understand the complexities of beverage ordering.

When you pay this much for coffee there's really no excuse for it being this horrible. This is the 3rd time in a row and over $15 worth of coffee and it either tastes completely scorched or burnt, or it it's too weak. I have Starbucks coffee every day. I'm qualified to know what it should taste like. This place shouldn't be allowed to call itself Starbucks

Place was a total mess today. Outside garbage overflowing all over the walkway, inside was really no better. Garbage behind counter overflowing onto floor, protective glass/barriers between employees and public were absolutely disgusting, made me think twice about even drinking my beverage. I get it that you're busy, but do better. Health department would have had a hay day in there today. 😤😫😖😡
