Subway

Employees seriously lack customer service skills. Tomatoes get a C minus. No availability of daily special and no accommodation offered. Teen attitude fresh with rolling eyes apparently running the business. Out of many bread choices. Out of meatballs. Small quantity of meat on the sub. Overall D plus.

This Subway constantly is experiencing system breakdowns or shortages, whether it be a broken credit card reader or broken fountain drink machine. Several times too the employees have exhibited unhygienic practices while making the sandwiches which leads me to be concerned about how much care they put into things when not in public view as well. The employees also, compared to other Subway locations nearby or otherwise, do not seem to be happy or even comfortable in their jobs - they seem rude to each other and I've seen them talk bad about customers who have left. I no longer go this location because of the aforementioned and purposely patron other nearby Subway locations that provide adequate and mannered service.

The food was good however the two employees that were working do not have good customer service at all. Talking about stuff that is inappropriate to be talking about as they represent Subway while they are working. They were carrying on a conversation in front of customers that wasn't greeted nor asked if they were ready. If I was part of the management team, I would definitely get rid of them.
