Hardee's

This is disappointing to write but customer service and the quality of food at this restaurant has drastically declined for the worst. I have nothing positive to say about this visit, the cashier was rude, food was cold and skimpy and I received a cold stare as I drove off, when most professional businesses would conclude a customer's visit with Have a great day or thanks for coming. This is what I got home to after purchasing a 3 piece combo. Ms. Mudra please do better when you have customers that come to your place of work, supporting your business. Worst experience

The employees didn’t want to answer the mic, they were on the phone the whole time, it took me and the person in front of me literally 20 minutes or so to get our food or drinks. They didn’t give me the right sandwitch, the fries where hard, and we got no option for sauces. I am NEVER coming here again.

I called earlier at 10:30 to inquire if they were still serving breakfast biscuits.. and and told the lady I would be there shortly. But my appointment ran late and I wasn't able to arrive until about 12:10 pm. They had already switched over to lunch. But all I wanted was breakfast. Someone put one aside for me. I really appreciated that. And It was yummy. Ty

I've given this Hardee's plenty of tries, but the food here has been repeatedly horrible. I on e received a "cooked to heck" egg and cheese sandwich, and now some dried up french toast sticks. On top of that the customer service was bad as well. It really shouldn't be that complicated to provide good service/food.

3rd time is usually the charm but not with this Hardee's. I've stopped here for the third and last time to get breakfast. On each of my visits I go inside and they have probably 50 pre-made biscuits sitting under a (i guess it's working) heat lamp. Well the biscuits I got were always a degree short of being cold (luke warm) and the biscuits were overcooked/hard/burnt and dark brown. It's ridiculous that they so worried about getting people in and out and thru the drive thru fast that they don't care about what they are serving them is the way is see it. I never have this problem at the Parham and Staples Mill store. The biscuits are always hot and not overcooked. Hardee's is my favorite place to get breakfast but I won't be stopping at this one again.

Horrible!!! At Hardee’s in Chester on 4/2/2022 SAT IN DRIVE THRU FOR 30 minutes. Lynell the cashier stood around looking at her phone then touching food - no gloves and the other employee at the time eating food at counter. I ORDERED A FAMOUS STAR COMBO - and had to wait for a hamburger and fries !! I want my money back!!! NEVER WILL I NEVER GO TO A HARDEES ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Now 35 minutes….. I will keep adding time….now Lynell making faces at us when we asked where is the food. Where is the manager!!! NO FOOD YET! Finally got no condiments, cold and Lynell didn’t even say I’m sorry! 45 minutes later for cold horrible food and THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!
