Don’t bother ordering from here if you’re going to use Uber eats… The Uber eats menu is not updated to reflect what Hooters currently offers. It shows that they have waffle fries but they don’t, they fries have curly fries and they haven’t had waffle a very long time. Also if you order a sauce that they don’t have, you won’t get notified, you won’t get an opportunity to make a substitution. They will just completely forgo any sauce at all because doesn’t everyone just love chicken tenders without the sauce? Also, I ordered the ranch for a dollar more in addition to my spicy garlic sauce that I never got. I spoke with the manager about this and they weren’t taking any responsibility for the fact that Uber eats presents incorrect items. Well then take yourself off of Uber eats if it’s going to end up with a customer paying the ultimate sacrifice of what seems to be an incorrect item which would be the curly fries but the curly fries are all that they have.

I ordered off of door dash tonight. It took 2 hours for my order to finally arrive, and when it did WOW. The order was wrong I ordered bbq chicken tenders and mild Buffalo wings and they did the opposite for each , but the worse part was that the food was so cold I found it unsafe for me and my kid to eat it so it went in the trash.

Ok... Aside from the cute bartender, wasn't much happening. The dine in food order was put on the back burner. But plenty of take out was coming out of the kitchen.??? We waited an hour for our food. Eh, I'm sure that made us think it was just so so. I mean wouldn't you have a bad thought or two? There was 9 of us... The beer was flat. I guess CO2 issues. Beer lines not clean. I ordered the grilled garlic habanero dry rub wings... Although it tasted good, it would have been better if the beer was good and the food came out sooner.... Managers take heed... Please

I haven't been to this Hooters in several years. All was much the same, decent food, cute waitresses, and cold beer. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the price. $9.00 for a tall Sam Adams. Really? I bought a 12 pack for $16.99 on Friday. Fish and chips, 2 beers, and the tip ran me $40. It was good but not that good.
