Wendy's

Was disappointed in several areas with our visit to this Wendy's. The food was disappointing. We got the $5 Big Bag. The bacon double cheeseburger was cold and dry. I swear it had been on the shelf thirty minutes past its shelf life. The chicken tenders were mediocre. The fries were warm, about the only plus of the meal. The dining part of the restaurant was clean. The mens restroom was nasty. Definitely disappointing. I won't be back to this location and may not be back to a Wendy's...

We stopped at 10:45 this morning for breakfast oh, as they had breakfast pictures in the window. However they did not have any breakfast items. We were the first customers in the doors the counter was stained and sticky where you ordered. The floor was sticky and the beverage area was stained with soda from the day before. You could clearly see that nothing had been cleaned or sanitized in any way. The burgers for good the french fries we're warm but certainly not hot. There seemed to be adequate staff on duty. The employees took care of us but certainly we're not friendly in any way. As much as we like Wendy's I have to say this was the worst one we have ever been in.

Super slow service and or understaffed. Stopped here around 9:30pm recently, Only a handful of cars ahead of us but the drive thru line was at a standstill. No movement for 20-30 minutes. The line got so long it was around the building. Canceled our order, in the app and left. The car at the drive thru window was there so long the passenger had to get out and go inside. This location recently updated that it’s open until midnight, if you can’t get the help, reduce your hours.

After waiting for almost 10 minutes at tue front counter. I was about to ask an employee was working at the front. The manager on duty who was sitting in the lobby talking told me "only one person was working" why didn't the manager get up and help the employees instead of talking in the lobby? She seen the lone of 5 people at the counter. Why didn't she get up and help? Smh
