Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst resturant I have EVER been to. Waited over an hour for food (20 minutes just to have order taken at the bar), finally got it to go, get back to hotel less than 5 minutes away, mac and cheese was burnt on top and the chicken was barely hot leading me to feel like they broiled it to try and get it out quicker when I asked for it to go because I had a meeting. I called up the place and ask to speak to a manager and get a run around about how they are all busy and it will be a half hour wait. I say thats fine and she hangs up. I call back and get the same exact voice and she says she didnt hang up, it was the other hostess. She still refused to lete speak to a manager and hangs up on me again and a third time when I call back yet again. (Yes I was cordial the first time but after hanging up on me then trying to pass the blame I was then just demanding to speak to the manager) Absolute worst place I've ever went to to eat at. Will never return due to such a disgusting excuse for a hostess who has no idea how to treat customers. Called corporate and submitted report, waiting to hear back from manager.

Tonight’s experience was a pretty great one! Last time me and my boyfriend went to this BWW, we weren’t impressed. The location seemed to really be short staffed and there were maybe 3 tables set up in the family dining area. Tonight we were seated immediately at prime dinner hour and the food was great quality. It did take a bit for us to get our drinks but we realized quickly that there was really only one young waitress on our side, so we understood. She was great! Anything we needed, she was on it for us. We reckon they’d called in some corporate management or something because there were a few gentlemen jumping in and helping when necessary. The music was also a great factor tonight. All together it was just a good vibe tonight and I hope it continues! We will be back!

I will start with a positive. While eating in at this location, the wait staff is usually very kind and helpful. My family and I really like their staff. Take-out is a slightly different story. While the flavor of their sauces and rubs is outstanding and is what has built the BWW reputation, the lack of consistency at this location does no justice to the brand. I cannot remember a time in which I received my take-out order as ordered. My family tends to place big orders, and without fail, there is usually something (or multiple somethings) missing. While the managers have always been pleasant and accommodating (which is why I bumped the review up to three stars), it cannot offset equally the consistency of mistakes. The last time I ordered, my family and I had to go back because they had apparently forgot to put the buffalo rub on one of my wing orders. It was inconvenient to have to drive back. but when you pay for seasoned wings and get plain ones, you go back. My family and I really like BWW...yet this location needs to really work on it's quality control.

Food tasted strange last two visits and we made sure to order something different the second visit. Most drinks we tried to order were unavailable. Chopped Salad had canned chicken on it which you wouldn't expect from a chicken restaurant. Server was great but food took entirely too long for every table in the restaurant. The location is spot on but that's all they got going for them. We will travel to colonial heights next time.

Lovely staff. One particular host was a wonderful young man. Very pleasant. The hostess was ok but they did tend to be heavy in conversation. Not rude but preoccupied. As I said the young man was the experience with a smile on his face. He deserved the tip I gave him an more I just did not have more cash on me.

Ordered online at 7:00pm for a 8:10pm pick up time. I arrived at 8:05 and my order was not ready which I expected to wait about 5 to 10 mins. I watched as people came in after me and got their food and left. The restaurant was not busy at all. I did not get my order until 9pm and when I got the food home 5 minutes away, part of the order was cold like it had been sitting. Very bad experience for the amount of time it took for my food and to receive it cold. Based on this experience I will not be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings anymore!
