Harrah's Temptations Buffet

DO NOT SUPPORT!!! My brother and I came here to have some fun and grab a bite to eat. We were playing in high limit and cashed out however unlike most casinos any free play you transfer stays on the machine even if you pull your card out. We came immediately back and another player had sat down and used the free play. Not only did he admit it he was quite rude about it. At first security was more than happy to help us promising action Shane not only was it wrong but they did not tolerate this type of behavior especially because it was on camera and there were no questions. Then to upper level managers got involved and everything changed we were told it was our fault and no action will be taken. I understand claiming abandoned stop play however if it was reversed we would have been kicked out and banned for life and police would be involved this is what we were told. I am not a high roller here I very rarely if ever come here however I am at three other casinos I encourage everyone to never come and support that kind of behavior what is wrong is wrong and shouldn't matter if you have money or not. Supporting that type of behavior leads to broken societies where cash out weights character. If it is wrong for one is wrong for all. The other two security guards apologized profusely saying they really wish they could do something. I thank them both and told them that I respected their character however I have no respect for their bosses and will not put a single dollar into any slot and I suggest you do the same.

My husband and I decided to visit Harrah's in Chester, Sunday, April 3. We wanted to have lunch there and do a little gambling. Lunch was tasty and we had a very nice server who went out of her way to accommodate our requests. The slots were extremely cold and we quickly lost a lot more money than expected. We were there for only two hours and don't plan to return anytime soon. They do have a large number of interesting machines and the casino was packed so some people must be having better luck than we did.

I wish Pennsylvania and/or Harrah's would catch up with the rest of the world and ban indoor smoking. Every time I leave that casino I smell like a smokestack. Although they have a "smoking" section, it does not preclude the smoke from traveling throughout the casino floor. Besides most of their best games to include the only bar is located within the smoking section. Most of the times I visit I notice the casino fairly empty so I'm sure the smoking is probably the reason no one wants to go there.

First time visiting this location. My first impressions were that of mixed emotions. Let me explain.... This place is directly across the street from a Prison. It's also not in a very good part of town. When I parked in the garage, it confirmed my suspicions. Without going into detail, let's just say my gut feeling was right. The Casino itself is nice inside, they have a descent amount of security also. I spent about 3 hrs here and didn't have any issues to speak of. Based on this visit, I probably would return....

I have not won anything here in over 5 months, I go here to build up my tier and points for gifts and trips, they do provide drinks often and if you can get a seat at the bar the bartenders are excellent Chip, Tina Christie and Andrew . The servers are always nice there is one that seems to always have an attitude but you still get your drink. I wish I could go drink and win one day. Lol

Harrah's is boring Harris is a drag Harrah's has taken out all the good machines. Harrah's is also rarely lets you win. The rewards program is terrible there is nothing at Harrah's that is exciting or attractive now. I highly recommend that you seek out other gaming facilities because Harris is not it. Lastly the restaurants are absolutely terrible it's a waste of money to even eat from any of the food establishments.
