I visited this Bojangles in Chester, SC and it was by far the best Bojangles I have ever eaten at! The chicken was hot and seasoned perfectly as well as all the sides. I will definitely visit this location again, if I'm in Chester.

Half the staff has their masks down while working on top of missing food items. We food and bev people have a responsibility to keep our customers safe and this place is being reckless. I suggest going to a different location because if thats what you're presenting in the front then what kind of cleanliness do you have going on in the kitchen.

Food good as always but my order was wrong. Thats why I'm doing three stars. Also girl at window drive in was snotty.

Only put one star so I could write. Employees goofing off, wrong food, left out food, every time spent more than $35 and after getting cheated on food and terrible service it's KFC or home cooking. Don't waste your time.

NO seasoning whatsoever on both fries and I actually ordered extra seasoning on both. Another customer was so mad he stood at the drive thru and put his bag on the ground in front of the window. Held up the drive thru line and manager had to come out to calm him down.
