Mcdonald's

We ate here twice now on trips to Chester. First time was good overall , but definitely second time was teenager overkill. Too many just hang around not consuming anything, I assume nowhere else to go. Other than that nice to see milkshakes are back on menu. Ordered a double espresso nice but sure was only a single got. Mix it with the vanilla milkshake yum yum 😋

Never order food through the McDonalds website or app. It takes more than 2 hours to get food. When i ask the delivery people, they said that they also get food after waiting for 1 hour. When the delivery people asked about the order, they said that the order receipt had been missed and that the order would be placed asap. but they didn't give food asap. If you need food quickly, it is best to order food using an app like uber eats or just eat.

I am going to start this review by saying that overall, I enjoyed dining in this establishment and the toilets were to notch. The 1 star is for a few reasons and I will start with number 1; there was a manager in the kitchen not wearing a hat or hair net to prevent hair going in food and he had a Top Knot. the second reason being the entire establishment was far to large for a person like myself. I couldn't reach the Ordering Machine as it was 1000 times larger than myself. When I went to pay, absolutely no one even noticed I was there which I will put down to it being busy and I was surrounded by tall people, I had to climb up what felt like Mount Everest just to speak to someone to no avail. Eventually I got my food but couldn't carry it to the table as the tray was enormous, it was like carrying a football pitch. I finally got to the table to eat my food when I realized every one of my fries was the size of the empire state building and the burger was as it as the Taj Mahal. I do realize that this establishment is not made for my kind (I'm an Ant you see) so take my review with a grain of salt (more like boulder in my case). Please try to accommodate my kind and I will bump this review up to 2 stars, Thank's.

One of the worst Mc Donald I have ever seen, it's not a restaurant but a pig stall, there is food everywhere on the floor, tables are dirty. The manager don't care about customers and don't look professional. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. I fill sad for the employee working here. One star is way too much...
