3 out of 5 stars for the customer service. The owners are the staff and they Don't speak English very well. 10 min wait on whatever you want and they are hanging up before you are done speaking. The food is the best in the small community but there is definitely better further away. This is almost our exclusive Chinese food restaurant unless we go to Robinson Township. So unless you want to go more than 20 miles away from Chester, WV this is the best.

I used to be a faithful customer until I tried to call yesterday and was hung up on after the girl couldn't understand my English. I'm sorry there is a language barrier, if you live in Chester just go across the river to the Family Linn. At least they speak English enough to NOT hang up on you. It's usually the skinny young girl that has braces that works the counter or phone and she's always got an attitude. Didn't mind the grungeyness of the store as most great hole in the wall places are not the cleanest but the customer service is where it clenched the deal for a 1 star review.

I like the food here. Their house lomein is the best I have had. I have tried six other dishes here and enjoyed them. The service is quick and reasonably priced. The only criticism I have is in difficulty communicating with the staff. We have gotten takeout here at least 10 times and will continue to do so.

Food is good but the over all experience makes me dislike this place. First, no one makes eye contact or talks to you. I basically ordered through a series of grunts and pointing. After waiting for the food to be ready I went up to pay and I found out there is a 10 dollar minimum on card purchase. So I asked where an ATM is so I can get them the cash. The girl working the front counter pointed vaguely in the direction of the road and said "There is a bank up there". I decided not to wonder around the town to find an ATM, I just ordered more food. At this point you would have through I actually did something to make them angry. Some glares and more yelling in their native language. After everything was done cooking and they tossed my food bags at the counter, never said a word and I grabbed my food and left.. Over all everyone was sad and miserable. Also the place looks pretty grungy. I feel like they have given up.

Called in the order. The woman taking my order was very rude. I was still ordering and she just hung up before I finshed . The food was disappointing. Beef low mein? About 7 hunks of something resembling beef strips. Gross. Soup had a hair in it. Nasty fried rice. Also gave a small not the large I ordered and paid for. First trip there and it be the last
