After the typical British summer weather dampened our walk around Chester, we sought refuge in a very unusually decorative bar in the city. Draped in flowers of pastel and a very pink interior, it is a refreshing change of scenery compared to the usual modern rustic venues. We were warmly greeted and then shown to a booth and given an extensive cocktail menu. I have to say the cocktails were excellent and incredibly flavoursome. I thoroughly recommend Palm Cocktail Bar.
Went for bottomless brunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday. Definitely worth the money. A pastry to start and then drinks. Drinks were all very nice. We had about 9 cocktails each in 1hr 45 min timeslot. This is mainly due to the random time we were here. Josh was brilliant as a server and constantly asked if we wanted more drinks. The food was also brilliant. Would definitely come again, maybe when it's a bit busier.
My Husband treated me to a fantastic champagne afternoon tea at PALM, as soon as we entered a lovely young lady took us to our seat's. Nothing was too much trouble & she took the time to explain what we were having, the food was scrumptious & beautifully presented. Two hours passed very quickly & I was made to feel important on my special day, such a different & beautiful experience that I can definitely recommend if you want something a bit quirky. We will definitely be back for more, thanks for everything ❤️
My go to place in Chester for a gorgeous breakfast in such pretty surroundings, especially if you like pink! It’s spotlessly clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been several times now and can highly recommend the breakfast menu. Everything is delicious and very well presented and the service is great, we met the owner and he was so friendly and accommodating. All the little finishing touches I love, such as the pink mayonnaise! They even do a cocktail happy hour in the evening, from 5 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Thursday, where you can get two cocktails for, I think, £11.95. There is a amazing selection of drinks to choose from, all well presented in beautiful glasses. When we paid the the bill we got a voucher for £5 off our next breakfast visit, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be returning again on our next trip to Chester.
The atmosphere and service was amazing, i went with my three children and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Food was delicious and staff friendly and attentive. Thanks Aaron, liv and spike xx

A lovely place! Great atmosphere and the staff are the ones who absolutely make it! Yesterday my mum and I went for some drinks and Tom and Josh were so welcoming and so sweet! They were two lovely guys, and made our afternoon! The staff (especially those two) deserve so much praise 👏 also, fantastic cocktails to celebrate my graduation!
Great staff and lovely afternoon tea. It's great they do a vegan option too! I love the more modern take on an afternoon tea. I would go again :)
The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. They seemed genuinely enthusiastic which enhanced the experience. Food was really nice, the platter had plenty to enjoy. The cocktails were wonderful, and the willingness of staff to convert any of them to no alcohol for the children meant they were really involved. A fantastic experience, I look forward to returning
Just had a tequila sunrise and a lager on a whim but very enjoyable in the sun as tables available outside on the street. Staff very pleasant and the food menu looked good.
