Cosy cafe with a good selection of cakes and hot/cold drinks. A nice place to meet with friends and chat in a comfortable environment. Very comfortable if you like - there is a seat in the window that you could lie on like a bed (see pic).
I've visited a couple of times and felt the same about the acoustics - The tables are close together, so I felt a bit self-conscious when the customer next to me could hear all the rubbish I was talking (perhaps I just need to speak more quietly).
The usual plus points apply, it's a great spot for gazing out of the window. Not so much people watching here, but good if you like watching cars go by (I do). Lots of natural light flooding in through large windows, take sunglasses if you're going to sit there, then bask in it.

Customer service is okay.Bagel of strawberries was very delicious. Great to go with toddlers as there is a play area. It's small and doesn't have many toys, but it's enough for a short stay.
My partner and I are from Melbourne, AUS so we have high standards for our coffee. The couple that served us were lovely and the coffee even better. We will be back!
The absolute best coffee I have ever had. My partner and I stopped by for lunch. I had a latte and a sausage sandwich. The coffee was just stunning, and the sandwich was brill as well. There is a car park for 20p just down the road which we parked in. This place definitely has to be tried and I will be back.
A nice intimate cosy place to relax and watch the world go by, lovely coffee (although not in a glass cup, better in a mug), that's just me, but anyway, tasty food and snacks, good service, definitely will revisit.

Only small inside, prepare for no where to sit as its a mummy hangout. But its lovely, food was delicious and different. Coffee nicely served and good strong flavour. Staff were friendly.

We're working nearby and today was a bitterly cold day, I confess we were like the clockweights on brass monkeys. We were fortunate enough to find this delightful little cafe. As construction workers we pride ourselves on being able to locate the best cafes in the area. We nailed it again.
Bacon, sausage and egg on a toasted brioche bun and variants thereof for my colleagues, completely satisfied our ape tights.
Lovely atmospere and friendly staff. Grub is reasonably priced too. Best latte I've had in a long time. Cheers gang!
