Steph’s bakes are amazing!
We have tried lots but my personal favourites are her Brownies, Cheesecake and the Bakewell slices, highly recommended.

Lovely experience ordering from oversea. Wanted to treat a special someone who is local to Pastry Pedaleur. I contacted Stephanie ahead and we were able to work out the transaction easily. She was very patient answering my questions.
Though I was not able to taste it myself (yet), I already know she puts the greatest care in her bakes as she kept me updated with which bakes she was most happy to include in the order the day of. No skimping on quality here.

A little bit of paradise hidden in Chester Markets. Pastry Pédaleur is a must to visit. Excellent pastries and cakes are absolutely out of this world. You won't be disappointed. Banana Brulee, Brownies, Croissants, Canele are just a few of the excellent things baked there. I love this stall its my favourite place to visit when in Chester.
A patisserie whose pastries taste with a hint of passion, big bursts of wholesomeness and a fantastic, complicated and complimenting flavor profile. Their menu keeps updating, meaning you'll find something new everytime you visit Pastry Pédaleur. A must go-to spot inside the new Chester market for satisfying you sweet tooth. Shout out to chef owner Stephanie and team for always having that thousand megawatts smile and being kind and thoughtful with service.
Side notes; you will get addicted to their macroons and cheesecakes, they're unbelievably good. You've been warned!
I pop in to Pastry Pédaleur each time I visit Chester Indoor Market. Steph is a passionate baker and she does the old staples like traditional brownies, macarons and cheese cake extremely well. But what really keeps me going back is her interesting take on fusion desserts : there’s something new to try every week. Would recommend to anybody in Chester with a sweet tooth or a taste for French dessert.
You'll find the yummiest baked goods in Stephanie's French inspired bakery, my favourite part or the Chester indoor market! Steph is such a delightful presence (also holding it all together on her own!)who keeps experimenting so one feels like going back to check out what she brings out of her amazingness next. Pastry Pédaleur is a proper patisserie! This particular visit, we ordered Galettes des Rois, like we get at home, but we regularly enjoy macarons, and various cakes and we've never been disappointed!
Having sampled many delectable delicacies from this corner of Chester Market, I can tell you in truthfulness that not a single bite was without boundless joy. Each different treat is exquisite in every conceivable category; taste, texture, aesthetic... I can say with considerable confidence that I fear no other desserts will compare. Though it must of course be mentioned, that by far the sweetest thing about Pastry Pédaleur are the couple who own it.
These are just the most amazing pastries and sweet treats. If you are visiting Chester it's an absolute must to try, if you live in Chester and haven't been, get yourself over there as soon as you can.
By far and away the best cakes in Chester and made with love by Stephanie. A must if you are visiting or local!
