I was disappointed by Caprinos last Saturday; the food was late, cold and a few items were missing.
I did complain and within 24 hours I was contacted by the store who were very apologetic and helpful. Tonight I was given some free food and it thoroughly met my expectations. Very impressed!

A employee name keval serving is superstar always laughing and thinking best for their customers. The quality of pizza is great. My kids loves to go there and it’s kind a weekend retreat for us. 100% recommended 👍👍👍

They make good quality pizzas. staff work hard and cooperative. I have recently ordered from here and they take hygiene and infection control very seriously. My order has always been right. I have never had a reason to complain about Caprinos Pizza Chester
