Visiting from Yorkshire and I’ll definitely come back here, the member of staff taking our order made us all laugh while catering to our requests, food was gorgeous, I had ‘the stoop burger’ the best burger ever! they do Pepsi max too which is always a winner in my eyes 11/10
Two errors by the staff were not enough to drop a star. First booked and paid a deposit for a Christmas meal, only to be phone a week before and after paying deposit and handing inemi choices in advance, that they don't do Christmas menu …
One member of our party LOVED their food. Two others were very happy with it. I don't like English chips because they are soggy and I thought the vegetables were over cooked. Another English trait I find. A fairly typical Pub.

First time Sunday dinner?, not real mash-potatoes not real gravy? it was special day with friends we will stick to week day menu, (there cheese toasties were great) there real ale is best, nice public bar,
friendly n polite staff,
Lovely landlord very welcoming,great choice on the menu,food was beautiful,all home cooked,will definitely be are go to for food highly recommended X
