Customer Service was amazing! Not very often you get good service like this any more. Lady at the bar was really friendly and polite. The waiter I think his name was Nathan, he was very friendly , jolly and overall amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was very tasty, hot and we didn't have to wait long at all. The chocolate cake was also very yummy! The place was very clean and the atmosphere was nice and chilled. Will definitely be back!

Bar staff pleasant. Waiting staff really attentive and helpful and so friendly. Tables often feel sticky as I believe it's the cleaning product that is used. There were a lot of children running about unsupervised by parents. Which made the environment noisy. Overall very happy. Food was good value for the price

It was our first time visiting this venue for a cheeky Sunday lunch. Warm reception, all of the food coming out looked amazing. I had the mega mixed grill!, my partner had the cod and chips. Both were very nice. The three ladies that looked after us, Dawn, Faye and Kelly were brilliant, great fun, attentive, customer focused and very welcoming!. Think I've found my new " go too" Sunday lunch restaurant. Would totally recommend.

We enjoyed a great Sunday lunch today. The food and service were excellent. We were served initially by Amanda at the bar and then she was also very attentive to all our different needs at the table. She was very friendly and welcoming and it made our meal very relaxing and enjoyable Thank you Amanda

The team at the Little Castle were all so friendly and welcoming. We arrived there after a long day of travelling, and we each opted for the carvery. It was really nice to see vegetarian options, as not many carveries offer this, so was really pleased with my option, and the fact that I had a choice as well really topped it. The food was delicious, really what we needed after travelling for so long. The pudding was lovely and very comforting. My boyfriend and I have been there before, but over 5 years ago, and the service was amazing then, and amazing now. All the staff were smiling, and just really friendly. If we weren’t so far away, it would be more frequent visits. We will definitely visit again. (especially to try the cakes in stand because they just looked yummy). Thanks again.

Food and service was pretty good will try again. hopefully next time it's a little better. UPDATE Second time was much better the food was really good. Piping hot and full of flavour. Previously the chips were cold and stale. Service was better too, however previously we were right at the end of the shift. (even though online it said food served until 9pm we arrived at 7:50pm) Hopefully it was a one off issue caused by staffing. Cake to take away seems to take 15 mins to cut. So make sure you order it early to avoid frustration. Will go back. Great value for money when they are on form.

I was sent a discount voucher had nothing in for dinner and booked a table. Arrived at venue and asked for a table for two and showed booking reference. Ordered food and drink, paid using cashless and showed discount voucher. Everything fine good food and venue. Staff attentive and polite. Good experience had by both my partner and I. Will return in future.

I booked for a party of 14 and requested one family table if possible which they did for me. We were told when to go for our carvery meals so we would all be eating together as some people ordered off the main menu. The food was all really nice and fresh. I told one of the waiters I would mention him by name. Thank you Nathan. Also they brought my mum’s birthday cake out, candles lit singing happy birthday. We enjoyed it that much we’ve arranged to meet friends there this weekend for food.
