Very friendly staff and good service. Great decor and atmosphere. Big starter portions. The tagliatelle had a lot of sauce which made it alike to a soup. The pizza is good (tomato-ey). I enjoyed my peppered steak and left a clean plate. The 3 desserts our group had were alright, but nothing special.

Beautiful little restaurant with real, satisfying and delicious Italian food. The meals were cooked fresh, and served piping hot at the table. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. The menu states "vegetarian options on request" and actually meant anything on the menu apart from a small number of items can be made vegetarian!

I've not been here for a few years. I have never had a bad meal here. The garlic bread is good and the calzone was excellent. The restaurant itself is intimate, it's a little dated but in a good way. It certainly works well. Some people don't like how close the tables are but it's never been a problem for me. We've always enjoyed the house wine. Staff wonderful and very friendly. I've never felt rushed whilst eating but this might be because we've always booked a late table.
