Better than the reviews. I read a lot of reviews on TA which were pretty negative, but we had a fabulous time, the staff were incredibly helpful, the facilities were good and the treatments were superb. Great value for money - 4 stars only because not as sparkling clean as it could be, and the jacuzzi (which is advertised) is permanently closed. Think the experience of this place depends on what time and day you go; we went Thursday day - pool was pretty empty, food was good, staff were brill and treatments were not rushed and very well delivered, also after 5pm we got 3 cracking cocktails for £10. Thank you so much for a lovely day.

Booked in spa day treatment lunch after bad new is pool sauna jacuzzi out of order maintanece but they gave us a voucher to come back booked in for daughter birthday
My Daughter & myself had a lovely day at the spa was really looked after by everyone, the girls
doing the treatments & the young girl at the reception was faultless
couldn't do enough for us!
The spa could do with a bit of updating decor wise but apart from that we'll worth the money

Had several treatments today with “ Sophie “. Absolutely excellent!!! Really happy with my day and the prices are more than reasonable.
First time visit. Used the gym sauna hot tub and swimming pool. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. Will be going again.
