Hello. My mom aged 91 went on a day trip to Chesterf from Shropshire. She got a bit lost and disoriented. She is diabetic and had low blood sugar. She went into this McDonald's, desperately looking for something to eat. My mom has never been to a McDonald's in her 91 years! The staff were absolutely amazing. They managed to get her sorted with coffee and a blueberry muffin! Having had 3 strokes her speech is at times quite limited. Huge thanks to you all for your customer service. Wonderful! It's a McDonald's - you place the order, you pay, they call your name out, you collect, and then sit down to eat.....(and if you are like me, you then get feelings of guilt and buyer remorse)....but it does taste nice.

Local maccys go all the time, only issue I have is the coke is awful. Its almost like all of the coke dispensers have supermarket own brand (no offence but it aint the same) cola in them...other than that, love it

This Mcdonalds branch in Barlborough nr Chesterfield I've been observing them often for a number of weeks and the staff are very friendly and helpful, they entertain the young children well with toys, fun and games. Very good customer services skills they all show. Good branch.

Quick and easy to order food on the touchscreen, longer wait than usual wait to collect even tho it wasn't busy

Stopped by during a visit to the area with a good friend. There were several available seating places, and appeared to be an upstairs area as well. We remained downstairs, ordering from the kiosks mounted to the wall inside the door. Our order was called out within 10 minutes, which given the restaurant was busy (as it was lunch time) this was great to see.
