Tesco Cafe

Was in Saturday morning…seemed to be more staff stacking shelves than customers…couldn’t wait to get out… Returned a few items from F&F Clothing who have a great range at the minute,the lady at Customer Service her name was Katie I think was absolutely brilliant in every way,polite chatty and so very helpful,she’s a real asset.. I tried the self service,which to honest I’m rubbish at,the guy and the lady there were to busy chatting and quite abrupt,I came away with two more items total of 35 pounds I didn’t click for a receipt !!! Just discovered I’ve got the security tag attached to one of the items,I’m hoping Katie will work her magic when I return it tomorrow 🤞🏻overall a great experience. Regards Tania Bilbey

A nice place to shop, especially when the weather is wet as it's all undercover including most of the carpark, which there is loads of spaces and also has electric car charging points. It's good to go here for everything, not just food. Household, garden, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, pretty much everything. The past couple of times tho, a few of the freezers have been empty so not been able to purchase everything needed. I always use the hand held scan yourself as it's quicker and can pack your bags straight away without any messing. The staff on the checkouts are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately which is more than I can say for the workers who go round collecting the online shopping. Some of them are a bit rude and don't always move out of the way for you or block the isles when they are talking. Some items have good deals on if you have a Tesco clubcard so I would highly recommend getting one of them if you haven't already.

Excellent service & empathy from a young assistant on self service checkouts on Thurs 15th Dec. (Didn't catch her name)Helped my partner at the checkout, return some items which we couldn't afford. She did this without judgement, asked a fellow shopper to use his clubcard to try & get the price lower. Wonderful lady. Thank you.

Went to phone shop today to upgrade my phone. Was helped by a lovely, polite young man called Marc who also helped me 2 yrs ago with my current phone. Had a really pleasant experience, which I had not been expecting as I know nothing about phones. Customer service at its best, well done Marc, keep up the good work and thank you.
