Scarecrow

Amazing amazing food. Great service. I had the tequila lime chicken sandwich and my partner had the scarecrow burger and we were both blown away by how delicious they were. I actually said that I'm glad we don't live super close to this place because I would want to eat here regularly. Even the fries are better than regular fries. I'd also recommend sitting on the patio, it's beautifully decorated.

The Food at THE SCARECROW is not replicated anywhere I've been. There are versions, some quite good, but the food provided here is extremely well thought out and executed. Smoked specialty meats to boot. I've visited several times and always enjoy my meal, the atmosphere, and the service. Special thanks to Jayse for accommodating my requests and delivering with a positive willingness. You will be correct when you make your menu selection at THE SCARECROW. Did I mention the outstanding selection of drafts and an extremely extensive offering of spirits. Enjoy

After it moved to this location recently, Scarecrow is experiencing growing pains. It seems strange to offer standard pub fare ($9 burger) and then a handful of expensive entrees. This incongruity is reflected in the decor -- nice bar, large exquisite wooden kegs, nice liquor posters and then mismatched tables and for some reason a giraffe and plastic cups. On this occasion my food was average to marginal -- partly because my Reuben sandwich didn't have sauerkraut (which pretty much is the ingredient necessary for a Reuben). My friend didn't eat her salad for a few reasons. She summed it up by saying, "I was hungry, but now I'm just sad." And that is the opposite feeling a restauranteur should want customers to experience.

Excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and the place is appealing, very comfortable. The menu offering is simple but the quality is a notch above. From the buffalo cauliflower as a started to the buffalo burger and salad...evertyhing tasted fantastic. Not expensive, not cheap, excellent value. Seating inside was very comfortable, outside seating looked very attractive. Seating outside might be a bit noisy due to closeness of the road. Highly recommend.
