Hardee's

Food quality on par with Burger King, which is about what I expect from Hardee's. But wow! I have never seen a more confused and demoralized crew at a restaurant. Ordering was bizarre and confusing. Every customer at the drive thru was pulled into a parking space to wait, no exceptions. Every few minutes an employee would emerge and aimlessly carry around a bag of food, asking every car what they'd ordered. While waiting 10 minutes for our simple order, we heard multiple people complain that their order was wrong (ours was too). Management/ownership needs to step up and be better to their employees.

Pretty standard Hardee's. Inside is updated and clean. Service was friendly. I got some sort of Southwest melt and wasn't too impressed, but that's what I get for going with a new special. Parking is not a problem. Just note that this is in the heart of the valley strip mall hell. Can be a little squirrelly getting in and out.

If McDonald’s and Taco Bell grew up, became friends, and formed a kick ass fast food restaurant, they would name it Hardee’s. It’s surprising how much better their food is yet they have very few locations. I guess a clown and, at one point, a tiny dog really make for great advertising. Anyway, eat Hardee’s/ Red Burrito and be glad you did!

The food at this Hardee's is excellent. . The beef was very good. Didn't leave you feeling thirsty when you were done with it. . The service was quite good. The lady was very patient while all4kids ordered. They were careful to pack the order very neatly. . All shakes were handed out as they were finished. They even offered us extra ketchup. For the french fries. Job, well done. .

The staff at this location is exceptional! They were all very friendly & pleasant. While ordering, the gentleman taking our order suggested a (slightly) less expensive menu item that ended up being much better for what we needed. He could have very easily gone ahead & charged us the extra $0.60 for the item we originally requested instead of suggesting the less expensive menu item. In my opinion, that is a sign of great management!! Thank you!
