I came in today on crutches and the staff was beyond polite and helpful. The girl working came and held the door for me and even offered to help carry my food for me! Both of the young workers were polite and helpful! Great job Jimmy Johns staff!

The manager I just talked to was great and very helpful!! The New Baltimore location was given me a hard time about putting my veggies on the side for my catering order and this location said it's absolutely no problem for them to do that very accommodating and kind!

I waited two hours for a single sub to be delivered and it still didn’t come. I could’ve ordered DoorDash from Algonac and gotten food quicker. I thought there was a delivery range so it didn’t take this long?

These guys are AWESOME!! They're up there bustin their little booties to give us the best service possible! Only had 1 driver show up, so yeah, delivery is not "Freaky Fast" as usual, but what is lacking in speed of service (delivery), is made up in honesty and politeness! Hang in there guys! Keep up the good work! Thanks again for showing up Sarah! And for being sweet! Nothing to be sorry for! Make that money girl!

I used to love jimmy johns but my gosh, every time I pick up a sub my bread is completely mooshy and saggy. More then half my sandwich today, I couldn’t eat

Took over 30 minutes for delivery. Ordered extra hot peppers. I counted 3. My chips were never delivered and the unwhich was just a pile in a wrapper, couldn't pick it up. (I get them all the time from a different Jimmy johns and don't have that issue) No pride in their work. I filed a complaint as well.

The customer service & cleanliness of the store was excellent, but for a shop that specializes in subs, I don't see why it's so spectacular for the price of the sub. I got an Italian sub & asked for extra dressing on the side. They were very sparing on the portion sizes. The taste of the sub was good, but the sauce cups were less than half full & I had to position the different foods so that I got the flavor throughout the sub. It was $20 for a large & a small sub to share with my family & I could tell by the weight if the bag there wasn't much there. I wouldn't go back. I may try another location at some point, but not the Chesterfield location for sure.

Could honestly say yes the food is good and all, but the term “freaky fast” is completely incorrect. A pizza could get delivered faster. Every time I order, for delivery, it takes over an hour to get my food.
