Waffle House

First and foremost today was the worst day I’ve seen there, as an entrepreneur group we meet every Saturday there. Upon entering we were entertained with two employees yelling and cursing each other back-and-forth as one storms off. Unfortunately that was the one employee that was supposed to be our waitress. She asked another young lady to take Our order as she stated she needed to take a break. As the food came the eggs were completely undercooked, both waffles were truly overcooked as well as the amount of food ordered mini items were missing

I was here on Sunday.And the place was not busy.so I was waiting for a table that needed to be cleaned. People was coming in and making orders and getting them while I was waiting to be seated. And the lady behind the counter keep saying like 10 time we are short staff and am not a robot if you want you can go somewhere else with a mean looking face. I was waiting over 20 minutes for a empty table that took 30 seconds to get ready for the next costumer. Sad very sad. I guess the customer is always wrong.

Nice staff but ordered for carry out over the phone, got a text 20mins later confirming my order was ready. Then arrived to pick up my order just to wait another 35min because it wasn't ready. Walked to the waitress for an update on my order and she says "hi are you picking up and dining in" She completely forgotten about me sitting there waiting for almost 40mins on my order. Rediculous, please get it together
