Stuffy's

Fast great service friendly people and good food. I've been coming here for years, dining in. I don't live close enough to use their delivery service, but at lunch time the owner is making car loads of deliveries continuously. The subs are good and fresh, never had a problem with any of the toppings, they have always looked and tasted fresh. the hamburgers are frozen patty but it still is OK. the cookies are great, especially if you catch it right after they bake them before lunch. they have fresh slices of cake, I like the cheese cake.

I ordered a sub for me and my wife while doing a layover in this area. I was told this is the best Richmond has to offer. Well this is sad because the large fry wasn't enough for 1 person the subs only had meat at one end and my wife asked for extra extra ketchup and we got 6 packs. Very disappointed for 20$.

Ordered the Italian Sub for my husband, was okay - the toppings were old tasting - definitely not worth $10.25! I had the Just a Bowl - was the worst thing I have ever eaten! Salad was awful and old tasting....the meat was awful - had turkey and Provolone...will NOT go back! for $19.48 I could have had a complete meal elsewhere...

Pita was dry. Portion was small. Veggies were rubbery. There was no fountain unit for iced beverages. I was given a warm can of coke with a cup of Ice. It was hot outside.Definitely not worth the $8. Did not compare to the original Stuffy's from back in the day when firat opened. I went out of my way to go there. Sorry...that a hard no for me.👎

Horrible service. Ordered at 4:30 received food at 6:55 cold and soggy when we called to tell them we were told we should have checked before the driver left and they would only replace them if we payed another $10 for her gas when we only live 3 blocks away. Then waited another hour called to find out where the food was now and she said she decided not to come... Without even a call? Then told me I'm nobody just another customer so it really didn't matter. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered tonight using Grubhub. Food was delivered cold. Forgot 1 set of fries (which I paid for). "Salad" was shredded bagged lettuce, low quality lunch meat, and sliced cheese (Kraft cheese product-like). Everything looked like leftovers I pulled out of my fridge and reheated. My kids all said "please don't order from that place again." Never. Again.

I specifically asked if they had more then one driver to decide if i should pick it up or have it delivered. I like how they wear thier gloves all the time and swap them out for new ones, and Do little things like steamming the provolone on the bread, while the steak cooks ( i asked them to clean the spot and clean the tools before cooking my food) i asked whats fresh like the lettuce or mayo . I got a regular steak and on a large bread toasted with the provolone steam ed on my toasted bread ,i asked for just three onions cut up real fine .i got my veggies in a blender thier too along time ago and they grilled it for my wierd sub contraption i made up . The owners are real and hire people who live in the neighborhoods around thier store and have made a small but noticed difference in thier employees lives I have seen them commendations for students and high school kids to have a small chance at aquire ing customer service experience .
