The Batch House

Great place to relax - have a drink and a bite to eat - something for everyone even though a few spots were empty. Went with my grandkids so it was burgers all round 🤣🤣🤣 perhaps the best I’ve ever had (forget McDonalds rubbish - these are the real deal) followed by waffles from the ice cream bar (couldn’t fault them either) - very friendly and helpful staff. Bit of a wait for food but the place was “heaving” - burger bar sorted my granddaughter out with a free drink for the inconvenience 👍 Not to everyone’s taste but we loved the place. Even well behaved dogs allowed too (been in with mine on occasion) 🐕🐶🐕 Be aware though - it is card only payment so don’t go with a wallet full of cash🤣🤣🤣

We absolutely love the batch house but I keep forgetting to leave a review. We have been going for around the last year. Service is always very good and although we have eaten at numerous of the establishments they have all been really good. The garlic bread from 4eyesbakery is amazing and my husband loves the coffee. My little boy loves the chicken tenders from cluck shack I just wish they did a kids portion as it means we have to be pigs and finish it off for him. Also wonderful that school of sweets does vegan icecream as my little boy is intolerant to dairy ice cream. We just wish you were closer so we could indulge in your wine tasting evenings

This place is just what Chesterfield needed!! Fantastic atmosphere, unbelievable choice of food & drink and the best staff. Nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Amber, who welcomed us & explained how things worked. We ordered from 4 Eyes Bakery; perfect pizza & if you think you have had good garlic dough balls, these are the best! Burger box from Brill Burger, the fries are stunning. We couldn't fit anything else in, but took home two Cronuts from 4 Eyes!! A perfect night. You have to try it!! 5*

We went here for the first time today, to have breakfast. We really enjoyed the food from 4 Eyes Bakery and thought the coffee was delicious. We would have liked more choice and expect that more outlets are open for lunch and dinner options. It was a bit chilly inside but pleasant and staff were friendly, so overall a nice atmosphere. Parking is free most of the time - usually 2h free, 90 min free on CFC match days (it’s opposite the ground) with charges per hour after the free period is up.
