Pizza Hut

Today I had a very poor experience when taking my Granddaughter for lunch. We were treated like leper’s - this is the only phrase which sums up the rudeness and aggressive behaviour shown to us on our visit. My granddaughter who is 5 was left in tears and so we left after only having our drinks. In times like this you would think more humanity would have been shown, needless to say we won’t be back. I have been left very shaken after venturing out, despite my chronic asthma, at my granddaughters request to visit Pizza Hut. Extremely disappointing experience all round.

I do love a good Pizza Hut and have been to several in the local area. This particular Hut is much like the others. Quick service and helpful staff. The only sad part to let them down was the time wasted... after my friends and I finished our meal which was promptly cleared. We sat and waited almost half an hour to pay the bill, sadly we actually gave up and had to find a member of staff to actually pay for our meal. Otherwise I would have rated at the very least of 4/5. Hopefully it was just a one off blip but it sadly soured our visit.

Visited on a Thursday afternoon and it was very quiet, but still took a while to be seated. The salad bar as always is good with a good selection. I ordered the epic meat feast for my main and it certainly wasn't epic, more like sparse due to the amount of topping on it, though the cheesy garlic bread and the wife's Philly cheese steak were very good.
