Popped in this afternoon on the way through and had a lovely sandwich and watched the planes. My son enjoyed it here too. Free parking. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, the waitress explained we could sit anywhere and that it was table service. They do have a kids menu but not printed. They did sandwiches jam, ham, tuna, cheese, and pombears. My husband and I have a sandwich and baguette, which was delicious but not cheap. £2.90 for a mug of tea... must be the most we have ever paid for a mug. I wanted a pot for these prices! Lol. After we ordered, we were asked to pay. I'm not sure it's done like this? We were told the amount and no breakdown. You're missing out on potential tips. Why not asked would you like to settle the bill now or after? Come on, the manager needs to address this. We wanted more drinks and cake so had to go in and ask someone to serve us and pay again. Not a big drama. Lots of aircraft movement happening along with the mini cars zooming around in the distance too. Perfectly clean toilets and stunning setting. Lots of kids and adults alike enjoying the planes and a great atmosphere. The seating area outside and in is lovely. It's probably the nicest airfield cafe we have been to (we've done a few now).

Popped in here for hot chocolate & cookie whilst mum & son were having a flight experience in a Cessna. I could see other small aircraft taking off through the cafe window (including a spitfire) but you can also sit/stand outside to view too). Tables outside but full on this day. Busy as was Sunday a.m. & lots of people having English breakfast. I did not eat this time but I glanced across the menu & spotted panini, ham/egg/chips & scones/cream amongst other things. You can visit here even if you are not attending an "experience". Well behaved dogs appear welcome. Will return maybe on a weekday, it might be less busy, but that's obviously personal choice.

Nice coffee shop with a loverly atmosphere, great place to take the little ones if there into airplanes, food is ok and the table service is good, would give 5 stars but they are only a card service and don't except cash

Great food and service! If you sit outside you can watch the aircraft movements and feel the prop wash as they do their power runs!

A unique experience in so many ways. You can watch planes and helicopters taking off, spot a spitfire - the silver G-IRTY - watch cars on the skid pan and racetrack. The food is good, the service friendly but a little erratic. There was very little information about gluten free options

Went here for a work meeting. Staff were very helpful. Used the learning room for the meeting. There is a wide selection of drinks and the food we had for lunch was well prepared and cooked. There is a great view of the runway and you can see the spitfires taking off and landing.

Wow.. another lovely trip to the south downs and this time a trip to glorious Goodwood. This beautiful place does not disappoint. Beautiful surroundings,an absolute amazing contempory cafe and flight school where you can eat in or out with stunning food that was delicious. Wander outside and take in the airfield and race track. You will not be disappointed as there is always something going on. Will be going back for sure.

This is a relatively new cafe and it’s in a bigger building. It’s a quite a posh cafe and on a Friday lunchtime it was full of ‘Sussex ladies that lunch’. It’s not big - the outdoor area is 3 times the size of the indoor area. The big plus is that you get a great view of the grass runway so you see all the activity in the aerodrome. It was very busy and yes the service is a bit slow. It’s waitress table service. The food is a bit pricey but good. In general this is a classy little cafe in a really cool location - you see why it’s popular

Excellent! Was greeted on arrival by a young man on reception who pointed us in the direction of the cafe. We had 2 dogs with us which straight away were made a fuss of. They were given a biscuit and a huge bowl of water. As soon as we sat down we were asked what we would like. We ordered drinks and a full breakfast each. A fantastic well presented full English was served! The service throughout was spot on with plenty of polite staff to hand. Plenty of entertainment on the air field. Would definitely go again
