Fantastic little place, the staff are warm and inviting, the eclectic art and decor top notch, the little twists on mundane recipes executed well, the food was delicious. Pros 1. This restaurant is amazing, the decor, layout are lovely but the food is exceptional. It was the best roast lunch we have had and we have been to a number of places but this by far is the best. The lady serving was great and the gentleman that brought the food to us was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone as the food is great but the staff are great also. Thank you 🙏

Booked a table for a group for Sunday lunch, really easy to do online and the text reminder was very useful. We had a vegan, two veggies and three meat eaters and everyone had a delicious meal - they even had a vegan menu! Great selection of mocktails for the drivers too. The service from Alan, 'O' and the smiley lady with lovely braids (sorry I didn't catch her name!) was super friendly and welcoming, despite what was evidently a very busy day. Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time here for my Mums 70th Birthday Meal. It was the first time comimg here and i would love to come back. The staff were attentive and hard working especially the lovely Joanne who made sure we had everything we needed and was so polite. Thanks Joanne :) Food portions were huge and delicious !!!

Went with my friends for dinner on a Friday evening. Welcoming entrance, Alen was our server for the evening and he was friendly and made us all feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the wines, we had the French Sauvignon with his recommendation and it was perfect. Starter was a sharing dish and was enough for us all, everything was eaten. For my main, I ordered a fillet steak served medium rare, it was cooked exactly how I like it, no chewy bits at all. All the side dishes complimented it wonderfully and were cooked perfectly too. My sister also thoroughly enjoyed her steak, one friend ordered seafood pasta but found the chorizo a little overpowering for the dish. My other friend ordered sea bass and she said it was cooked to perfection. For desserts we ordered two pavlova’s and two sticky toffee puddings. They were delicious also. Overall the eating and customer experience was exactly what you want with a bunch of friends. Good food and good service. As you can see, I would definitely recommend! It can be a little overwhelming out there as this part of Essex has so many eateries however most do not serve the best quality or well cooked food.

What an experience I had here the other day. I came in with a group of 15 and I must say the King Will did not disappoint! The food was incredible, literally could not stop ordering food it was so good! Big big compliments to the head chef 👏 let’s not forget Eddie and Kacie too! They made us feel so extremely welcome. Kacie served us the whole day she was extremely attentive and always had a smile on! I definitely would return thanks to these two!
