This is by far our favourite Starbucks, great location with plenty of places to relax or work with your favourite Starbucks treats!
The staff go out of their way to know their regular customers and give outstanding service, this is the gold standard of welcoming and professional- I’m made to feel like family here!
Tyler is always upbeat, organised and ready with my order and some conversation - nothing is too much trouble.
Mike is happy and polite I’ve watched him talk to customers new and regular like he has known them for years.
Customer facing jobs are not easy but the team here make it look so effortless.
Came in today as I was staying nearby, and everything seemed to go a bit haywire, with a fire alarm and many stressed-looking staff! Shortly afterwards we were let back in and I was served by a really lovely girl called Tyler. She looked immensely stressed but did a really great job at providing the best service given the circumstances and the coffee was excellent too. Felt the need to post this here given the day everyone appeared to be having ❤️
Absolutely great. Really friendly staff who go out of their way to make you welcome. Cosy atmosphere, comfy chairs and an equally good place to get a bit of quiet work done or catch up with friends.
A nice branch of Starbucks, although because it's inside The Village health club it has a slightly different vibe than usual. It's a little small and can therefore feel a bit frantic at times.
I couldn't use my Starbucks app when I visited a few months ago, but was told that it would be accepted at the end of that same month. Presumably it's accepted now.

The baristas Aimee, Winnie, Heather and Jo were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was perfect and even recommended some delicious drinks.
The coffee was fresh and hot, and the atmosphere of the store was inviting and comfortable.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and great customer service.
We go for coffee after kids / baby swimming lessons every Friday morning (except lockdowns of course!) and have been since November 2019. Our favourite member of staff Winnie has been there since too! Quite honestly she’s fantastic, always cheery, down to earth and top service! Give the woman an award!!
Good service ,nicely made drink and free jam with my crossiant where normally you have to pay for it in some stores/other chains , but doesn't accept the Starbucks app for payment :(
Winnie is amazing and the reason we are regulars. We've been coming after swimming every Friday for 3 years now and there hadn't been a single day she's not super friendly and cheerful.
Nice, cosy place to visit, but it's the staff that really make the place sparkle; in particular Jo, Gemma & Winnie, who always go above & beyond. They never fail to make the perfect drink, whether it's a flavoured latte, cappuccino, mocha or even just a small black americano :P
Holly is a superstar ✨⭐️🤩 Coffee always 10/10!!!!!!!! Can’t fault her skills 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
