Special thank you to the manager Nicky for making my daughters Holy Communion family meal a big success. We had the private room which worked perfectly and Nicky was on hand making sure everything went well throughout the afternoon. Staff were attentive and food was cooked perfectly as ever. Thoroughly recommend for all occasions.
We go there whenever we can. The staff are fantastic and always make us feel very welcome. The food has never disappointed. Highly recommend.
I have been here many of times and i always enjoy the food here at prezzo. Classic Italian never fails. Its always better to come when deals are going on other wise it can be a bit pricey.
Had another amazing time at Prezzo Chingford the team and Management always give top class service. The food is consistantly delicious and at a high standard. The service is always with a smile. Whether there busy or quiet they always try to keep there standards high.
The manager is always on point and in clear view, which is very rare in some restaurants today. They work amazing as a team.

Great establishment, with beautiful decor, architecture and garden. Delicious, tasty food with lovely ingredients, but be prepared to wait ages for it... the wait absolutely ridiculous... and we were only a few tables occupied, on a Tue evening... and be prepared to wait some more for the bill too... I dunno what they were doing. They did NOT look short stuffed either... so hence my 4 stars, instead of 5, unfortunately.
My son and my favourite Italian restaurant. The ambiance is cosy. The staff is helpful. The food is delicious and good value for money.
After being served a cold main meal the manager rectified the issue immediately when I visited 23/11/2022.
The manager apologised ensured I was happy with the food and service for the remainder of my dining experience.
She paid particular attention to my requests and offered a free glass of wine which I did not except

BTW the food was fab too. I tried something new and was happy with the results although it wasn't good to start with it was worth the wait!!

We recently visited Prezzo's in Chingford for the first time. In fact our first visit to Prezzo.
The staff were so friendly with the children and kept coming to make sure they were ok.
We tried the brand new sharing dish and it was ok. An oversized bowl of carbonara which serves up to 4 people, it was actually too much for us (2 adults and 2 children). There was no fighting as we all had the same. Win win
Absolutely lovely restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, great food, beautiful atmosphere and great prices.
Ate outside, but the inside of the restaurant seemed spacious and clean. The outside was also well-spaced, clean and allowed a lot of natural light.
The pizza was very tasty, thin and crispy and did not get soggy. The calamari was lovely, with a crust reminiscent of an upmarket KFC batter. The fried mozzarella was also great.
My only teeny tiny gripe is rocket on my pizza (Posh Pepperoni), but that is my own personal taste and so my fault for not asking for it to be removed! Overall a great experience.
Nice place for lunch or dinner with friendly staff. Lunch was yummy!! Relaxing & spacious. Try it out :)
