Seriously though, great bunch of people doing fresh food. Could do with a vegan option and had a word with the owner and it might well be happening.

This fish and chips is better than the one in Westminster next to the London Eye.
I ate a whole fish, was full and did not even feel heavy afterwards.

Love this place. Family owned for over 15 years or maybe more as far as I know. Decent people very nice food lovely, tasty clean environment. Even if I'm 20 miles away ill make sure I stave till I drive there. Love you guys. 5 star

Best fish & chips I've tasted in a long time. The cod was freshly cooked and just how I like it. The chips were amazing with lots of onion vinegar which is my favourite. The portions are great. Got to give this place a 5 star.

When I back in Chingford I have to go to the original.
The mount is always changing with different shops opening and closing but one place survives. One thing is for sure that Fish and Chicken always delivers food and over the counter service a high standard. Plus the workers are friendly and informative.
I got a huge chips and a very tasty chicken, mushroom pie, mushy peas and curry sauce all for a great price. 🏆 ✌️ 💪🏼

Amazing chippy! Always great service from the chaps that work here, all food is cooked to order with the exception of some of the popular menu like sausages which are ready to go. Everything is cooked to perfection, chips are crispy and golden and the pricing is okay.

Food delicious the fish and chips are amazing not greasy full of flavour. The batter is light crispy and lively really light and crispy. Good value generous portions always hot Delicious would not go any were else always enjoy and look forward to fish and chips from here. Keep it up
