I have been past the Mile End branch for years without going in, so when I saw they had a branch in Chingford, I had to check it out.
Located close to Chingford train and bus station with restricted parking on the main and side roads.
The venue has a very lively atmosphere with music and sports on lots of TV's dotted around. There are lots of areas/pockets where you can have a more intimate experience with friends.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The food came really quickly, was cooked perfectly and I'm definitely going back.
There's a wide selection of drinks and food - Thai and Japanese food.
There are a few board games available such as Scrabble, Chess, Monopoly etc.
Very spacious and relaxed place with lots of TV screens displaying sports.
Lots of seating and is a dog friendly place.
The food was very tasteful and reasonably priced.
The bar was fully stocked with a great selection of drinks.
There is also an outside section where you can drink.
I kept hearing bout this place and thought I would try it out.
I went into the pub to order a takeaway. It was fine, you go to the end of the bar to order.
Me oh my
And
Oh my days.
Them duck spring rolls. Where so yum, and crisp and not stogy.
The chicken satay was moist and delish, but that peanut sauce was doing it at the disco.
The chicken Goyoza was very nice
And well the red Thai curry was beautiful and the pad thai withe the crush nuts on top.
Yum yum yum.
Pictures taken after I had started.

I recently visited the Rusty Bike Pub, and I had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The pub has a spacious and relaxed atmosphere, which is perfect for catching up with friends or even going on a date. The menu offered a variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from. However, we didn't get to try the food this time, but I'd definitely go back. The overall experience was delightful. I highly recommend the Rusty Bike Pub for anyone looking for a friendly and inviting place to spend time with friends or loved ones.
Doubles as a pub on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor.
In the bar, pints are a fair price and they showed quite a variety of sport across the screens, even including the less followed India Vs West Indies test match on BT.
Upstairs, the restaurant had both Thai and Japanese menus. The sushi was great and the Thai dishes fairly good too. Overall, a pretty good meal.
Great food really authentic Thai food! Beer loads on tap to choose from a personal favourite Salt Jute Juicy IPA

Reasonable price and Delicious food!
Workers are kind, fast and positive.
There is Always nice Atmosphere…
Rusty Bike is My favourite place :)
Excellent selection of food - both Thai and Sushi. The food is sent to your table via a very smart tray delivery system. The interior and atmosphere set it apart from the pub (when upstairs in the restaurant).
Unfortunately the food did not wow us - it was nice but not anything we'll be coming back for.
Definitely worth checking out. It could be that we came on a bad night for the chef.
Nice place to hang with friends. Friendly service, great selection of beers, nice atmosphere as well as sports on the TV on lots of screens dotted around.
The toilets downstairs (gents) are really appalling and very unclean.
Tried the food the other day and it was actually quite good. I had prawn pad Thai which was very tasty.
I just love eating in at Rusty Bike or getting take away. Food is ALWAYS delicious, fresh and nicely served. 😊😋
