I went to this location today. I ordered two chicken bowls one with brown rice other with white. I told cashier I wanted the one with white rice with tofu. I sat waiting for order then realized I paid almost $25 for two bills I went to counter explained she said it was half/half. The guy at the time didn't know it was the owner Vincent said it's already made etc I explained I didn't want 3 bowls only 2 a lady behind me said to him he should give me a refund she listened to the whole thing
He told her it was my mistake she walked out said she had been coming here 4-5 week and couldn't believe that and I was stuck with 3 bowls

Delicious, great quality food. This Flame Broiler also has excellent customer service! If anyone wants a quick, healthy meal, this is the place. I’d highly recommend the Half rice half veggie bowl with the half chicken half beef!

I absolutely love Flame Broiler. Was so excited to have my first meal out of the house after quarantine, and in my excitement I forgot to say no sauce please on the tofu because I am allergic. It was less than a few minutes and I quickly corrected myself interrupting the cashier who was taking her next order. She announced to the cook the problem and she said "I'm so sorry its too late they already started it." There was a line of people, and a lot of awkward silence. I said there's nothing you can do? She said sorry. I then asked her to donate my meal so it wouldn't go to waste and walked out. This review is just to say my heart hurts on how this world is today. And I hope the $14 you made off of me was worth me not being a repeat customer at your store ever again.
