Had Grandsons B Day Party here service was great Deanna was helpful and friendly. James was also a Helpful and Friendly person. Thanks. All my Grand kids had a Blast and enjoyed the time on the games and rides , etc.

We had a great birthday party experience for my Godson here today. Very attentive party planner and great food! It was our first visit to this location because we used to go to the Diamond Bar one that closed down. Now Chino is our new location to hang out in.

Had my son a small get together today and our server was Cynthia she was so attentive. She made our visit great! The games all worked and chuck e cheese came out for my son he also was very nice about everyone taking pictures. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great time, it was very nice to see that this location still has the robotic band, which was the primary reason I came. I hope that the band will remain there in the future, because other locations seem to be getting rid of them which is unfortunate. The place was also clean, and food arrived quickly. Thank you for being an important part of my childhood.

Pretty busy on a Saturday as expected but there was literally trash on almost all tables and all over the floor. Mask mandate was not enforced at all which is very disappointing. There were adults walking around the place with no mask and employees didn't care. Employees also were not wearing masks properly. Overall it was such a nerve wracking and disappointing experience. Will not be returning to this location in the future. It's not hard to enforce one simple rule.

It was an ok location. They were understaffed and I was very disappointed I was able to walk out with my child and no one checking our stamps. One of the selling points for Chuck E cheese is that it is a safe space where your kids cannot leave with random adults. Disappointed...

Its a good place to take your toodlers but theres not alot of games for them. They should upgrade to more arcade games.
