Came in for lunch after bad experience at a pub with my brother. We were hungry and decided we would have a whopper burger each. I was only in there 30 seconds. I was served straight away and she replied "We don't have any burgers!!!!" I couldn't believe it. Burger King with no burgers... OK. So I left.
I parked up and thought twice as I was pushed for time and I know it takes 5 or 10 minutes. Still.. I went in and took a chance and after waiting 15 minutes the staff looked at me holding my ticket and hadnt even prepped my order. Thanks for yet again proving how long it takes to get my order.
Just popped in on my way away for the weekend, very friendly staff, quick service too.
Prices have definitely gone up since I last had a Burger King, but I suppose thats the price of convenience nowadays.
The building was filthy particularly the ladies toilet where there was no lock on the door and the hand drier was broken as it was in the men’s toilet according to my husband. The staff were polite including the manager but he seemed oblivious to the state of the building.
It was a quick and friendly service, easy to get in and out, no pressure on parking either, overall: great place to visit again and again.
This is my usual go to burger king, and i've seen the standers drop over the last few times I have gone in. Staff have no customer service training, don't say a word to you, just called my number handed it over, no enjoy, have a nice day, …
