At 5.20 tonight 12 October my husband and I went to Burger King Chippenham. I was served by a young man who was so helpful and kind. We are an elderly couple so need all the help we can get, the young man who never stopped smiling while he helped me order what has turned out to be an enjoyable meal. This young man is an example of wonderful customer service. Thank him for us he was excellent in every way. Mrs L Cherry

Excellent Vegetarian options are available well, but Onion Rings tops the list 👌. Free parking is available. Service was amazingly well.

I am NOT a burger fan, so I was very pleasantly surprised at the MASSIVE difference between Burger King and McDonald's. PROPER FRESH SALAD - the lettuce was very crisp and juicy - although my chicken burger was a little overcooked and dry, but the chips were also delicious.

The food is really good here and great service. I arrived after a long drive tired and hungry 2 mins before closing they had cashed up and cleaned everything down but still cooked 2 meals for my friend and i how many places do that these days. Thanks burger king team 👍

First things fast

Oh my goodness the food here is so good! I have had some experiances with other burger kings where they use old chips and barely put any salt on, this burger king only uses nice chips and salts them nicely was fantastic! The staff were kind and helpful. Toilets werent great but that isnt on burger kings end, its on EG groups end. Quite cute building. I love everything about this place.

I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews..... Well I'm glad I did, what I ordered was perfectly cooked. Toilets were clean and the staff were more than friendly. Will be back 👍
