Lovely pub with a lovelt beer garden. Only problem is that we didn't find a baby change facility so had to use a table. Plus not very buggy friendly. But a very nice pub and staff were kind and helpful. There is parking round the back but not much. Not overly wheelchair friendly as there is a step t
A really nice village pub in this beautiful village in chippingham, people were really friendly and the bar staff were exceptional. The pub had a nice country feel to it with a nice look, nice pub garden to the back and seating outside front with tables also, doesn't do a lot to eat so just really f

Lovely landlady and landlord. Beautifully decorated clean pub, brilliant atmosphere. Locals are friendly and great company.
The Tharp Arms is just lovely. It has a very nice feel and atmosphere when you walk in. The staff are very friendly the beer is cool with good selection. And same eith wine and soft drinks They have nice outside space to enjoy your drink in the sun. They often have open Mic nights and various thing
A really nice local pub! There's a large spacious car park out back. They do have a beer garden which I think sometimes get's forgotten about. It's often used for their music events held throughout the summer. Another popular place to sit in the evening is directly outside, as this is where the sun
No kids, no play areas, no food, no "riff raff," NO hassle! Just GREAT bar service, fantastic landlady and staff. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere with really nice customers. It's a jewel in the Suffolk landscape and the pulsing heart of a beautiful village. Just how real village pubs used to be. I'm
Best pub in the world. Run really well with great beer and is the centrepoint of our village. To top it off Bev opened up early on our wedding day in June 2017 and I got to have a beer before the ceremony, something I'll always remember.
Great people, everyone is very friendly. Fun local pub with music and food trucks on the weekends.
Seems to be a friendly place, helpful staff and on the night I was there, staff and patrons all seemed to be having an enjoyable evening. Didn't eat so can't comment on the food. A fair amount of parking at the rear, outside seating at the front and beer garden at the side. Dog friendly.
I visit this lovely local pub regulary and have always found a warm welcome. It has been decorated and refurbished by the owners and I would not have described it as β€˜ in the 60’s’. A lot of places have a lower card limit, and as most people pay cash for a small order this isn’t unusual, as banks ch
Nice little pub which looks like it's had a recent refurbishment. Clean and presentable with amble parking at the rear and seating out on the main road. Very helpful in ordering a taxi and reserving a table at an Indian restaurant in Newmarket.

It's my local so I may be somewhat biased. This place has always been friendly with good ale and a pleasant atmosphere. Toilets are clean bar staff are welcoming.
