As usual all well stocked and with good prices. There is always something for your liking at Hotel Chocolat. This time we bought a bottle of gin to offer a friend for her birthday. You get discounts with your VIP card. Staff were nice and service was fast.

Catherine (sorry if I've misspelt the name!) was absolutely fantastic. She knew all about the vegan chocolate range, explained what nutmilk was and told me how to look for what I wanted. Best customer service I've had in a while. Super helpful, very friendly and just very lovely.

Recently discovered the Hotel Chocolat coffee pods and popped in to this branch to get a few more boxes. Received great customer service, the new store manager lady was really lovely and helpful. Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised, because I usually shop in the Westfield branch and the customer service there leaves a lot to be desired. Will be shopping in this branch going forward, it's worth the slightly longer journey for the considerably better shopping experience.

Great service from female staffs today. They were very helpful in finding something right for me. Clean, spacious and well lit store. Vast range of chocolate and it is also suitable for vegans.
I had the dark hot chocolate takeaway but I thought the cups were paper thin and were made so the drink couldn’t be too hot. It was warm and not hot.
Chocolate quality very good though.
