Good personnel. Not the newly hired. The experienced ones .
The shop smells a specific smell and I don't like it.
I left by mistake my umbrella when they were closing at six , I returned next day to get it back and it was stolen.
Very noisy place
They close at six and start to fix the place at 4:30 . You feel unwelcomed and not enjoying your coffee because they make noise and clean .

I took my nieces and nephew for a treat after school. Had some lovely hot chocolates and snacks. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Gena. Will definitely come back with the kids :)

Came last sunday for a coffee. I can guarantee it will my favourite coffee shop. A Young man called Osama made a brilliant flatwhite at such a level I didnt have to add suger. He works there only on weekend i think if you are here just Osama for a coffee you will thank me later.

Excellent service from female staffs today. They are highly professional and well presented. I used to 50p offer throughout the 3 days and mostly impressive hot drinks that are actually hot and tasty. Not to mention the store is actually well kept, airy and made to look spacious. Staff also wear masks. Overall one of the best and reliable coffee shop in the area.
