Best branch in our area. Attention to detail has always made this the Prezzo to go to. Staff have always been so professional but friendly, food always been somewhat better than the other branches . despite being in brand. Our visit here tonight will be our last to a Prezzo.. as this is the only one we have valued.. and it's closing down. Big mistake.

Overall a pleasant meal, tasty food and relaxed atmosphere. We were instantly welcomed by who I presume was the manager and showed to our table on arrival. We were seated in the lower section by the window which on first impressions was a lot colder than the upper section. So much so; my mother and I kept our jackets on for almost the entirety of the meal. Unsure if a radiator or heater had forgotten to be switched on in that portion of the restaurant? The lady who originally took our drinks order was a little sharp and abrupt in the way she spoke but personally I think this was just her natural character. But she did speak in a slightly warmer tone when taking our food orders. I was very surprised to see how SMALL the mojito cocktail was in comparison to other restaurants!! The food arrived very promptly and was piping hot, and of course tasted great as expected from a Prezzo. Always a great Italian option if you’re in the Christchurch area.

1st time visiting Prezzo & it was lovely! Beautiful lunch with Mum. Gorgeous weather & gorgeous food! The staff are so friendly & polite. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to the staff that was working today. Made us feel very welcome & comfortable. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great customer service! LOVED IT! 😍

The venue is in a lovely building and you can eat outside in their sheltered garden in summer if you enjoy Al fresco dining. My wife and I popped in for lunch and their 2-course set menu special. I believe one can tell the calibre of a place by how they deal with problems: my wife ordered a meal but without chilli as she and chilli are arch-enemies. As you have already guessed the food came with Chilli ... however on bringing this to the attention of the waiter/manager she was treated with utmost courtesy and understanding. Her meal was swiftly replaced with another one, one she enjoyed immensely. This is an excellent reflection on the staff. The food itself was freshly cooked and tasty. If I may be so bold, I recommend the Salted Caramel Arctic Roll, cut it and let it thaw a little; then enjoy the flavour and the feel of your blood sugar levels rising to almost dangerous levels < tongue in cheek>. I am happy to recommend this place.
