We found this gorgeous cafe on the way home from a short break to Finlake Holiday Park. Mixed reviews here, but I can tell you this, they all made us feel very welcome - especially Snoopy and Bess!

I've always been a fan of family run restaurants so when we needed to have breakfast while we were on holiday we chose Harvey's and we were not disappointed.
Called ahead to reserve a table as we were a party 8 and we got there on time.
The 2 lovely ladies (sorry I did not catch your names) were abs
Local cafe with fabulous owners. Always a friendly welcome. We usually have a great breakfast, but recently due to lockdown, we have had takeaway bacon baguettes and lattes. They also cater for my coeliac husband and he gets gluten free rolls with his bacon. A fabulous treat!

My new go-to! The cafe is very homely inside, the staff are lovely and friendly and the food is fantastic. They also have a gorgeous spaniel who is the cherry on top of my visits to Harveys! Good food and service but a bit noisy due to a trendy couple who seemed determined to impress the whole town with their knowledge.
Came with my friend for a coffee and a slice of cake. We were served by a lovely lady who was very attentive. The hot beverages were a really good standard and the cake was extremely delicious! We sat towards the back on the sofa’s and felt relaxed and welcome. Cant wait for the weather to be better
Such a lovely cafe, absolutely lovely staff and the food and coffee is amazing. Best ploughams I've ever had and always feel so welcome. So recommend!
Lovely old fashioned, independent cafe and deli. Food is delicious! and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly. Choice of indoor or garden. Car park just behind the cafe.

Superlative food and a warm welcome is always comforting. The cakes are home made with quality and care. Never tasted cake like it. The full English is made fresh to order with toast browned to your own specification, I like mine on the black side of charcoal although the bread is exquisite. Cheese
While on a visit to our nephew's place in Chudleigh. He treated us to tea at Harvey's. It was delicious! Everyone was so very friendly. Atmosphere was lovely.
4 of us went for breakfast this morning and it was lovely . Staff were very helpful and made my coffee exactly as requested ( beautiful) . Outside seating area is chilled and relaxing, breakfast was fresh and tasty and not a grumpy old man in sight ....
Lovely place, will be back when around Chudleigh in the future.

Fantastic local café with a superb atmosphere created by Sally & Simon and the amazing staff. The breakfast was a particular favourite of ours I had intended to share my sausage with the dogs but there was no chance I was going to do this as they were so tasty. 😊
First visit. Lovely place, lovely people and lovely food. We enjoyed a leisurely sit down lunch with friends. Very much looking forward to returning again soon.
My wife and I popped in for a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning after a wonderful night away.
We didn’t know what to expect, but were very impressed with the quality of the breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast and black pudding). All washed down with a mocha coffee with a dash of mint syrup. Love
Great little café, clearly a family run business! While on holiday, having breakfast here was a pleasure, it gives you plenty of time to sit back and relax and enjoy their nice cooked food! Thank you see you again!
