Liz and the guys at the white hart did our Wedding reception on Halloween.
They were absolutely amazing they supplied a buffet for 40 people and also decorated in halloween decor. Faultless, liz went above and beyond. Food was amazing no complaints from anyone! We also stayed over. The room was spotless and well presented.
Breakfast next morning included in the room cost was also great. I cant fault the white hart. Thank you guys for being so amazing!!

Staying in Ross on wye we came across this pub while out for the day. Sunday roast was excellent and was piping hot. Staff were lovely very accommodating friendly. If your passing pop in you won't be disappointed

My family and I booked to in an air bnb a few miles away and came across this place for a bite to eat in the evening.
Beautiful setting, with forest views in the distance and recently refurbished inside.
The staff were amazing from start to finish and very accommodating.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to come again.
The bar manager and staff are a credit to the business!

You’ve heard the saying don’t judge a book by it’s cover well this is the White Hart Inn. Sadly not inviting from the outside but, once inside totally different had a good welcome nice clean room and, good decor after a recent refurbishment. The reason I’ve given 4 ⭐️ and, not 5 ⭐️ is purely a personal reason due to mobility issues. I thought a bannister would have helped me to climb the steep stairs. But, in fairness my bags were carried for me which I appreciated 🙂

Great little local, staff were extremely friendly especially the lady on bar and the young lad from the Kitchen. The food was really nice, we had chilli cheese bites to start with which are a must have and then burgers for mains. The quality of the beef burger was amazing and the balsamic dressing on the salads was incredible. They also do Guiness on tap. Would like to note that the portions are huge, it was like an episode of man vs food. But all in all this gets a 5/5 from us!

Stopped for lunch on our way through the Forest of Dean. Good location, ample parking too! Friendly staff who were polite and attentive.

It looks recently refurbished inside and spotless! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
There is a great selection of drinks on tap and there is a good selection of bottles drinks as well.
The food is incredible, especially for the price you pay. If you want a hearty, flavoursome and good looking meal, look no further! If you go past this place and don't try it, you've missed out on something special!

Ginormous portions, very quick and friendly service, very yammi food. There is also a nice kiddy play area. Has a feeling of a nice local pub but was very welcoming for non-locks like ourselves, too.
