Seafare Fish & Chips

Popped in for an impromptu takeaway on a Tuesday night and order scampi, large chips, mushy peas, gravy and curry sauce for two to share. We had to drive 15 minutes home so expected to need to heat it up and find slightly soggy chips, but no. So impressed! The food was still hot and crispy. Not at all oily and high quality food. The staff were friendly and the restaurant has a section you can eat in. All very clean and tidy. Great selection on the menu including salt and pepper squid (and tempura prawns as a special). We’ll definitely be back and would recommend.

We was recommended this chip shop from someone that worked in a local supermarket checkout as we was here from London for the week and we wasn’t let down with the quality of this fish and chip shop. Everything was cooked fresh and it was very busy which is always a good sign, we ordered five large fish and chips plus a sausage in batter and the portions was enormous, only one of us could finish it. It was Top quality, fresh fish and chips and we was overall very pleased with it, five stars from us and when we are back we will return thank you for the experience.

This has to be one of the best if not the best hidden gem in the area. Jhon, the fryer made us a plate of fish n chips, the food is top quality, the customer service is excellent, polite & courteous. The place is clean & decor is fresh, the staff are helpful & the food turnaround time is very good. I can’t recommend this place enough, next time you fancy a good old fish n chips & much more from the menu then get over to this place & give your self a nice treat, you won’t be disappointed. Well done guys, keep up the good work.
