Great hotel in a perfect location! The new management is doing a great job! Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed. I can't wait to visit Clacton again and stay there! My wife and I loved it!!

Stayed at the ottoman in May! What can I say! Renovations going on which we weren’t aware of on booking! The work that had been carried out was poor. Room dirty dust inside cupboards! Toilet system not connected properly! Mould in the shower no running hot water. Bathroom floor was disgusting debris everywhere! Cleaners came in to clean bathroom with just a packet of wipes! Fingerprints around sliding doors.Bed hard as nails. Not given keycode to door! Restaurant wasn’t open! No parking. Cut short our weekend ! Only stayed the one night. People were complaining before and after we left. Definitely wouldn’t return. Good luck with the renovations!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, extremely friendly staff and all were happy to fulfil any needs rooms were extremely clean not one bit of dust anywhere and the bed was perfect didn't want to leave it in the morning highly recommended to anyone

Booked 3 weeks in advance and spoke to the the day before but when we got there was told booking had been cancelled no apologies no where else to stay as it was airshow weekend totally ruined our weekend thanks Guys won't be dealing with you again

Absolutely horrendous this was! Only things I liked here were the nice staff, breathtaking scenery and a belly dancer one evening. And that's it.

Absolutely Not TURKISH!!!
Absolutely nothing turkish. Served with pitta bread. Food was tasteless and rubbish. Not recommended at all!! Avoid this place!!

The worst place i ever been,we have ordered food and only in the end checked prices. Not worth it at all. Food was burned and no idea how old was rice. Only cucumber was not bad. Better to go Sainsbury to take a sandwich. For that price,they should wash hands while prepare food. Never ever go there,and do not recommend it to any one.
