Ordered a large latte (we'd 13th Apr time 1835). The cap provided popped off as soon as I got it. Requested another. That didn't fit either. Got to the train after picking the cup up and the top fell off, burning my hand. Coffee all over my lap and floor.

This is only brand I like, not only for coffee, but also for their nice service. At waterloo station branch every staff is good, but I would like to say SHIRINA's name specially because once she saved my life. I have allergy with regular milk that's why I used to order coffee only with oats milk. One day I forgot to tell them, but she remembered about me and served me with oats milk. I'll never forget that.

It was one of the great experience i ever had in any coffee house in london. Staff and service both were excellent. There were one staff named Jignesh who was great and helpful.

Spent over £10 on 3 coffees all made with skimmed milk when asked why we could not have normal milk was told that was the milk they had.
Latte tasted awful this way ended up dumping 2/3 drinks

“Ordered a panini today which was microwaved instead of being grilled. It was raw and tasteless!” I totally agree !!! It’s my first time in my life to have a panini microwaved !!! So disgusting!
