We were staying at the campsite about 15 minutes walk from this pub. Comfy traditional pub with a good choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and customers. Our dog was welcome too, thanks

Pleasant staff. Lovely food. Had the (home made) steak pie and chips with gravy. No fat in it at all! Really enjoyed it! Great outdoor play area for kuds. Will definatly come again.

A pub for locals that gives outsiders a really warm welcome. The real ale was spot on, Pheasantry Best Bitter. Pleasant, polite landlord and landlady. Pub food, not gastropub just good honest pub grub at a very fair price and excellent value.
